Background: Learning losses does not mean forgetting only curricular learning but slipping back of fundamental abilities that learner would have acquired during schooling. School closures in India severely disrupted processes children resulting and social gaps academic outcomes. Though school closure is a global phenomenon, its adverse effects on outcomes are unevenly distributed the society.Purpose: The paper aims to trace phenomenon from prolonged COVID 19 pandemic at national level since march 2020.The study further directed accessibilities uses digital resources India.Method: used secondary sources data mainly Bihar ascertain trend losses. were regenerated measure emerging trend. Results: loss was society. Those who digitally equipped had compensated their closures. mere 5 per cent computer 15 internet facilities. rural households 3 13 Primary grade especially disadvantaged groups suffered more because they very limited home resources. crisis prominent elementary where both tools inadequate. It largest force digitally-equipped teachers (about 1.25 lakh) known as Potential Community (PLC) ready deliver e-contents beneficiaries.
